Jared moved to approve the minutes. Lance seconded the motion. There were no objections. -------------- New Discussion: Standard Power Integrity Model (SPIM) BIRD draft: Kinger briefly reviewed the new draft (draft5) and noted that it contained all off the modifications discussed at the previous meeting (see minutes from the November 15, 2022, meeting). Kinger and Arpad asked people to review the draft and provide feedback. PSIJ Sensitivity BIRD: Kinger briefly reviewed the new draft (draft3). He noted that this version introduced the new [PSIJ Voltage List] keyword, as opposed to reusing the existing [Voltage List] keyword, per the discussion at the previous meeting. Kinger noted new language recommending that a cubic spline be used to fit the [PSIJ Sensitivity] data, per Randy's comment at the previous meeting. Randy, Bob and Arpad said we have to be careful to ensure that this section defines the requirements for the model maker and the EDA tool. For example, the model maker should choose the frequency points provided in the [PSIJ Sensitivity] keyword in order to define the worst-case PSIJ sensitivity envelope over the required frequency range, and the EDA tool should use a cubic spline to fit the discrete data points. Kinger said he would make changes to this section of text and send a draft4 to the ATM list. - Curtis: Motion to adjourn. - Randy: Second. - Arpad: Thank you all for joining. AR: Kinger to send an update (draft4) of the PSIJ Sensitivity BIRD to the ATM list. ------------- Next meeting: 29 November 2022 12:00pm PT ------------- IBIS Interconnect SPICE Wish List: 1) Simulator directives
